two sides

You heard your story. I heard mine. 
Of course I believe my family’s story because well for one it’s my fucking family and I know him better than I know your friends.  Also the fact that you guys all don’t seem to have the decency and respect to be quiet at 3-4 in the morning when all your neighbors are sleeping, I wouldn’t want to believe your story anyway.  Plus, everyone was drunk so who knows what happened. 

But my family over anything, I stick by their side.  Even though I know how he gets, and I don’t always agree with him, I still have his back, and anyone else in my family even if you’re my friend.  

The matter is done and over with. He apologized for what happened, and even if you heard that he called your friends out and I heard otherwise, it’s over and done. I’ll bite my tongue on anything you say because I don’t feel a need to start any debate on a matter that all just seems to be hear say.
